T-Shirt Quilt in Preparation

I'm making this quilt for a friends daughter. She started it but wasn't into finishing it. I've offered to finish it (silly me)

I've appliquéd the t-shirt onto cotton them I'm going to make it into a shaggy quilt

I'm loving all the bright colours 

I hope she likes it too

15 minutes of Fame

My Daughter (with the pram), my granddaughter (in the pram) and me on the left hand side are in our local free paper today promoting our beautiful walking/cycle track around the river.

There is a walking day on Sunday but we won't be able to make it as I am taking family photos for my daughter :( 

Some more sewing

Not only did I do some baby sewing on the weekend but I did some doggy sewing too

Max needed a new jacket to keep him warm and to stop him from scratching

Friday Night Sew-In started my sewing weekend off....

More necessity breast pads for Maddi

Saturday was spent in the sewing room putting together this Quilt Panel for Ella

Ella & Maddi came to visit so we had a little photo shoot while she was happy

Sunday was time to get my hair coloured and cut

And a beautiful day for a girls lunch with my daughter & my sons girlfriend 

Monday was time to see Grumps 

And beautiful BIG smiles for Granny

Back to reality and work tomorrow

Got the iPad one, drink in hand and sewing machine buzzing
