I've been waiting for my magnifying light to turn up and thank goodness the postie thought to hide it so I got it for the weekend

New Mum Necessities

I spent Saturday with my daughter helping her feed Ella and get her settled.

We all know how hard breast feeding can be.

She's a happy little girl

Maddi is expressing and then bottle feeding her thru the night 

so she can see how much she's drinking.

Ella loves the bottle too

Even Dad can help

I noticed she needed the ever useful Shez hand towel

So on Sunday I made nursing pads

And hand towels

My beautiful daughter did an awesome job after only being in labour for 4.5hrs

Proud Granny was so pleased to witness it all 

Ella is so alert

Back to Cross-Stitching

I haven't done any cross-stitch for quite a few years. 20 years ago I stitched this little nursery rhyme on a bib for my daughter but didn't keep it when it got stained.

I've decided to stitch it again for my Granddaughter.

(No she hasn't arrived yet) 

More baby sewing

I finished another Baby Bag and this one looks like a normal newborn will fit into it

We will wait and see. Not long now before Grandbaby arrives. Due tomorrow
